As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support to my clients. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple I work with. My love and passion surrounding the importance of treating, understanding, and being educated on the complexities of mental health issues is the reason why I got into this field. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Prairie View A&M University (December 2021) and a Master of Education degree in Counseling and Development from Lamar University (August 2024). My educational background in Psychology and Counseling has equipped me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and mental health. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, work through challenges, and develop the tools they need to lead fulfilling lives.
